Seazen was born after the two founders, Mohammad N. AlDhubaib and Mohammad J. AlDhubaib, dedicated a one year apprenticeship under Sicilian chef Nino Trapani. After absorbing the culture of authentic Italian cuisine, the founders came back home to Kuwait to launch their first culinary experience, Melenzané.
